Community Tasting Notes 4

January 4, 2020 - Full-bodied with leather and bright cherry character throughout. Great structure, lots of finesse, drinking beautifully right now.

October 1, 2019 - tastes old and Italian. Strong. And deep. Tim says it’s his favorite outside of France — 4 years ago

May 19, 2019 - Sour earthy smells followed by red bramble fruit, cherry, balsamic reduction and a dash of spice. Terrific with rigatoni with chicken liver mousse. Got better over time in the decanter, wouldn't mind having another in storage.

July 22, 2018 - PNP still rough and young, but much better the next day. Tannin smoothed out, aroma flowered, fruit came forward. V good with spicy soup and onion flatbread.
