February 13, 2021 - I forgot how wonderful this is! Dark fruit, plum skin and copious amounts of smoke. Perfect for gamey or lightly seasoned meats. Really opened up after 45-60 minutes.

Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca e Syrah. 14%
Deep, dark, fruity - a little gruff around the edges right now, but time will, I think, smooth that off somewhat - quite long, but somewhat alcoholic, finish.
