January 1, 2018 - A pleasant surprise. Loads of red berries, roasted pepper, great acidity and smooth tannins. The 13,5ABV is well covered by the concentration, great balance, medium body and length.

April 9, 2017 - Red fruit and mushroom nose. Medium + acidity, drying tannins. Got mainly cherries and redcurrant when I opened the bottle, but after a couple of hours in the decanter, I got more classic CF notes: bell pepper and fresh strawberry fruit. Delicious!
