July 26, 2018 - flinty/salty nose of tart lemon oils, ginger, white pepper and a nice undertow of minerality comes through. Quite effusive right now. Refreshingly tart showing lots of mineral crunch and nervy energy. Appears to be aging well! Great texture for Aligote! Highly drinkable. 90.
