February 26, 2020 - Steak and Syrah Night (Tuscany Steakhouse): Part of a Syrah tasting with my wine group. It was opened, but not decanted, for over an hour before we poured. As the last of 7 red wines, the food was gone, and some of us never took more than a sip of it. Which was too bad, as its a tasty, full bodied CA Syrah. Those of us who drank it, enjoyed it.

February 13, 2020 - Nose explodes of black blue fruit and smoke...
So much rich fruit with leather and spice and a heavy weight to the body ...
Finish is deep cherry raspberry tannin minerals...just quite excellent..
