November 30, 2019 - Bottled in 2002. Fine mousse, cork was finished. The red fruit was still there in the background, but layered with so much more. Complex, earthy notes. Remarkable.

November 29, 2015 - Probably past its drink date. Fairly nice flavor profile with strawberry and mineral but a bit of lifesaver candy aspect to it. Bubbles were few and large. By far the least agreeable sparkling wine from a producer we've come to expect the best from.

October 6, 2015 - The nose shows aromas of red berries, flowers, brioche and a hint of minerals. This is medium light bodied on the palate, with good concentration but a slight lack of finesse. The medium plus length finish features good acidity.

March 15, 2015 - Wonderful sparking rose. Color was light pink, taste was dry with strawberries and wheat. Bubbles were plentiful and small. Linger was moderate. Recommended.

March 15, 2014 - A lovely pink-orange sparkling wine made from Pinot Noir and Petit Meunier by the region's original vinifera winemaker. Nice consistent fizz of small bubbles, typical of methode champagnoise sparkling wines. No headache with this fine bubbly. Strawberry and raspberry flavors on the palate. Very refreshing and nice with Gruyere.
