March 17, 2019 - Dark fruit on the nose. Blackberry and currant. Low acidity, and medium tannins. Clear red to garnet color. Fairly weak finish

February 14, 2014 - A good companion to mushroom baked tofu with caramelized onions. The wine seems a bit too oaken and alcoholic but is inoffensive for all that. Big berries with a slight herbaceous note. Lots of oak. Lots of alcohol. Develops a smoky, burned rubber smell.

December 23, 2013 - I can't in good conscience give this 90+ points, but it's one of my favorite sub-$15 bottles of wine out there. Great on its own, but goes with almost anything. Very versatile and tastes better than most wines in its price range.

    August 21, 2013 - Bland, no life.

December 1, 2011 - As some other reviewer said, this is so distinct a flavor, that I can't call it a "house wine", but every time I have a bottle, I'm happy with it. After the first sip, which is like drinking liquid smoke, the flavors mellow out and it holds up well to many dishes. At the $10 price range, I'm hard-pressed to think of a better bargain.

(NV SEVEN DEADLY ZINS) #3; VaynerPAZZZ; COLOR-dark; NOSE-there's a very obvious BMX skid mark burnt rubber aspect; dental component; I like it; TASTE-really awkward on the mouthfeel; some lushness; some body; some cherry juice action; I don't really like it; GV-84
