February 17, 2017 - Deep ruby red with red brim. Generous, fruity nose with oak, cassis, sandal wood, blueberries and a hint of red fruit. Round mouthfeel, fruity, medium bodied plus with smooth tannins and oak character. Notes of cassis, blueberries, coffee and a touch of red fruit. Good Bordeaux!

October 31, 2016 - Cru Bourgeois 2014 tasting: savvy consumers take note (Office of the Alliance de Cru Bourgeois, downtown Bordeaux): Delicious, fun and easy. Maybe not the most structured among the wines tasted today, but a pleasure to drink! I like a spicy aspect that could come from the 10% Petit Verdot.
