November 10, 2023 - My one and only bottle, and decided to pop the cork relatively early to see what this was about. When poured into a decanter and having a little taste, very tannic, sour dominant, and leather. 2 hours in the decanter, back in the bottle, and into a Pinot Burgundy glass, absolutely hedonistic on the nose. Rose petals, strawberries, cherries, minerals, light spice....it was so incredibly perfumed. Decanting really helped it blossomed. Really stunning on the palate. A wonderful food wine as well, despite what they say that you need heavier duty proteins to match, it can be enjoyed also on its own after a good decant.

November 6, 2023 - What great value from this producer. I have had numerous bottles that have overdelivered for the price. Good intensity with smooth tannins. Rose petals and cherries. Delicious.

January 10, 2023 - Light medium red ruby. Open nose right away with herbs (bay leaf, marjoram) and fruit. Light medium body. Bright fruit, cherry, raspberry, Santa Rita Hills rhubarb, flinty, a little reduction, little leather on finish, generous and intense but still elegant. Complex and captivating beginning, mid-palate and finish. Good structure and not at all too young. Brighter and more elegant, even more Oregonish, than the Chevillon Pruliers. Glad I have more! 4+ (out of 5).
