July 4, 2021 - Full red. Aroma of cherries and flowers. Oak and berry flavour. Subtle and well-balanced with lovely cherry and earthy core. Excellent.

December 17, 2017 - not so sure about this one, at the moment, very austere and tannic.
bit of Brett too, which joins the rather rustic and harsh tannins to give a rather metallic finish at this stage of it's development.
given how beautifully the other Pillot wines showed this evening, I will give this the benefit of the doubt, but would have difficulty recommending it at this stage.
