February 2, 2024 - Burgundy dinner for friends: Didn’t have a doubt that this would be the best wine and so it proved. Silky texture but with a serious structure behind it; pretty dark red fruit. A crowd favourite because of the elegance that the other reds didn't have. Less open than when I had this three years back, so will leave the rest of my bottles for a while more yet.

January 2, 2023 - Notes similar to previous bottles. Continues to drink incredibly well. It’s light to medium bodied, but packs in so much flavor and enjoyment. I’ll give my next bottle a few years (so good now, but may get better).

June 4, 2020 - Notes similar to prior bottle, though perhaps showing even better. This is outstanding and shows no signs of closing down.

April 9, 2020 - First bottle corked, second bottle lovely. Light CO2, enough it's better shaken off. A light strawberry hue almost transparent enough to read a book through but still quite luminous. Still very primary with the wonderful fruit freshness that characterizes the vintage but starting to turn the corner towards developing a sapid grip. All of that is in the context of something exhibiting the 0% body fat profile of a high altitude site, even in this ripe vintage, though it's still a bit too primary and fresh to exhibit much of the village's personality otherwise.
