January 26, 2020 - Thoroughly enjoyable, and up there with some of the best Bourgognes I've had. I've read this is 60% declassified Village fruit and 30% whole cluster, and it certainly rings true on tasting. 13.3% alcohol, and no pigeage. It pours very light ruby in the glass with rose toward the rim. The nose wafts cranberry, red cherry, spice, bay leaf, mint tea, fresh ginger, orange zest, fresh rose pedal and a whiff of new high quality french oak. A little reduced. The palate has medium minus tannin and medium plus acid with a medium plus finish.

December 25, 2019 - Another bottle that shows that quality is not always a money problem, for me among the best just Bourgogne bottlings, silky, black fruit driven, some cherry hints though, midbodied, really convincing mouthfeel, well structured with a short decant, long, consistent note of three bottles, great, **(*+?)

December 12, 2019 - Nice wine. Well crafted with a fine acidic streak with the black cherry fruit. Mild aromatics. Nice Pinot good depth. A little underwhelming for the price but solid.

October 16, 2019 - Un beau vin de fruits croquants, sur les cerises. Primaire mais très bon. Et surtout pour le niveau, le prix! De niveau supérieur.

August 31, 2019 - Some rusticity here. A traditional style and partial vinification with full clusters is quite evident. Muscular profile, with right acidity along with red cherries and underbrush, again traditional comes to mind. Not so easy to drink without aeriation. In fact, this bottle was drunk for a few days and improved by time. The score reflects the last day.
