  September 16, 2023 - 94 points. Beautiful Cabernet Sauvignon. Decanted for 3+ hours Had immediately following a 2014 Epoch Block B Syrah with a prime Rib Eye. This was the star of the night. Well rounded, balanced, fruit forward, silky tannins little bit of Smokeyness on the nose but not the palate. Gift from pops for Darci’s birthday. Laid down for a few years. Opened perfectly.

  June 26, 2020 - Fruit forward. Blackberries, raspberries, cassis, India ink, fresh mint, cola spice, vanilla toastiness and dark chocolate. Supple, chewy. Long finish.

  June 1, 2020 - Decanted 1 hour. Rich broad purple color w/nice strong legs & full nose. Flavor of red licorice w/round full finish. Nice w/Filet & blue cheese butter w/grilled potatoes. Nicely balanced wine.

  March 29, 2020 - Consistently beautiful garnet colors to the Hafner Cabernet I have enjoyed over the years. Nice full cherry nose w/pronounced legs. Nice ripe mint & cherry flavor profile w/nice balanced finish. Wine went well w/Tuscan Buttered Chicken & roasted potato's.
