December 13, 2019 - Very rich, just a wee bit tough on the tannin-side, needs some meat; when it gets it, all is well. Still very young, this is a full blown, very manly Syrah.

November 28, 2019 - Such a great Syrah. Hard to believe this is Alban’s everyday Syrah because it has the feel of a $200 bottle. Great with chocolate and caramel.

October 25, 2019 - Drinking beautifully! Rich dark fruit, spice, and floral notes on the nose and silky palate with resolving tannins on the long finish.

September 16, 2019 - Coarse with wood tannins showing through. Good meatiness, balanced acidity. A huge wine that needs 5 years minimum. (Unfortunately I’ve already consumed my other bottles)
