October 18, 2018 - Very light nose, wild flowers. Light, fresh and clean on the palate with a light to medium mouthfeel, light citrus balanced nicely with sweetness.- short finish. But this is delicious. Fairly high alcohol content at 14.5%, but it is completely unnoticeable on the palate.

July 17, 2018 - Very light floral nose. Delightful rounded medium mouthfeel, with notes of orange, lime and grapefruit all balanced with a delicious acidity and minerality. Perfect with Thai chicken.
