  March 18, 2016 - A wine by Raventós i Blanc's offshoot that makes wine from purchased grapes - thus the wine is marketed under the Cava appellation, unlike the sparkling wines of Raventós i Blanc. A blend of Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Trepat.
  
  Very pale yellow-tinged rose color. There's initially some slightly flatulent reduction, but that blows somewhat quickly off, revealing aromas of ripe red fruits, some tangy lemony fruits, a little bit of autolytic caramel character and a leesy hint of yeast. The wine is very crisp, dry and lively on the palate with rather light body and bright flavors of tart red fruits, stony minerality, some sweet autolytic notes of caramel and fudge, a little bit of brambly raspberry and a hint of brioche. The high acidity and quite ample mousse keep the wine very refreshing and lend it good sense of structure. The finish is bright, tart and quite mineral with fresh flavors of wild strawberries, white peach, some brambly raspberry tones, a little bit of stony minerality, a hint of tangy green apple and a tough of grassy herbal character.
  
  A very bright, refreshing and surprisingly serious effort for a rosé Cava. Typical of the Raventós i Blanc style, this is very fresh, light and delicate for a rosé with very pale color and really "white" overall style - a polar opposite to the very ripe, weighty and dark-colored rosé Cavas one finds rather often. Not a wine to surpass Raventós i Blanc sparklers, but offers good value for the price at 14€.
