August 17, 2023 - WSET II tasting evening: Intensity medium(+). Candied lemon, floral/elderflower, candy peach, grapefruit. kiwi, sellery -quite funky all in all. Acidity medium. Finish medium.

The nose and palate seem to be from two different wines, an hour in the decanter didn’t help to bring them together. Medium+ intensity with a lot (and I do mean A LOT) of celery, some kiwi, petrol, firestone and salmiac. Medium+ acidity, medium finish. Mouth coating oily texture. Not flawed, but not rated
