February 22, 2021 - Incredible Chenin Blanc. Shows whisps of development at this stage. Tart golden apple, classic wet wool smell, some botrytisy notes, an herbal character, and even a subtle leathery/gamey quality. Superb length and great acidity.

Merci à Antoine Foucault pour ce beau petit bijou.
Il y a de la tension ici! Une pomme verte granny smith et des arômes citronnées intenses.
Ça sent et goute la roche!
Tranchant en bouche, rafraichissant et succulent. Impression de sucer de la roche.
Crayeux tant c'est minéral.
Impeccable.

October 4, 2017 - This wine is fucking lit. Acid in spades slides away to give insane tropical fruit notes and then a very masculine mineral cut body. Compact and coiled with energy that releases after a three beat pause on the palate. Snap, bang! Really brilliant stuff.
