August 24, 2006 - Jean-Luc Thunevin Dinner (Chanterelle, NYC): Wow - wonderful nose! Beautiful, vibrant violets just swarming from the glass. On the palate, this is delicate and elegant with nice round red fruit. A bit on the sweet side as well. Definitely a letdown from the nose.
