July 26, 2018 - Beach week; 7/20/2018-7/28/2018: Same notes as last bottle. I love this pink - so much fun. Excellent post-surf wine on a hot summer day, paired with Italian subs and random snacks. Perfect.

July 9, 2018 - Lots of fun! Watermelon color. Chalk and steely nose with flowers and bursts of red cherries and red apples. Crisp and vibrant on the palate but nice oomph and textural depth. Roses, red apples, red cherries with a deep mineral/chalky element and some white peppery spice. Super fruity but bright and really complex, too.

April 22, 2018 - This drank quite well yesterday with juicy, wild strawberry notes and crushed up flowerson the nose. Very floral and fruity on the palate but with a nice, juicy red fruit profile. Good acidity, medium body and crisp finish. Just a tasty rose.

September 2, 2017 - Almost red in color - darker than most rose. Strawberry, cherry, herb and mineral aromas. Palate follows the aromas with an earthy, slightly bitter, mineral taste in the midpalate. Nice moderately long finish. Bright, juicy, light bodied with really nice acids. One of those delicious wines that's fun to gulp but also with enough complexity to pull you back again and again.

August 1, 2017 - Color is bright, almost electric pink. good acid, energy, attractive strawberry and melon, with a bit of gravel. Nice and compelling, but a bit simple compared to the musar rose we had alongside.
