October 17, 2022 - This Chandon Cab has aged nicely; tannins are slightly on the medium side, about 10-15 minutes in the glass definitely helped. Nice fruit from Chandon's former front-yard Cab block in Yountville (which I believe has since been replaced). Another good handful of years yet for the couple dozen bottles still in cellars. Suggesting 2028 end-date.

May 2, 2018 - I’m interested to see what it will taste like with some aging. It’s good out of the bottle after letting it air for at least 30-45 min.
