Community Tasting Notes 2

August 6, 2011 - Surprisingly primary at 11-years old. Dark blue fruit (initially plum, then blueberry with air), this is just starting to show hints of adding secondary characteristics. While not as complex as the '99 was, this seems like it has more ageability. Good stuff.

September 11, 2004 - Drank at Pamplemousse with Cassie, Mark, and Steve. Dark color - purple/indigo. Lots of stuffing on the nose, although somewhat one-dimensional. Very full-bodied in the mouth, with great dark fruit flavors - blackberry, blueberry, and a very pure raspberry. Also some hints of underbrush. Well-balanced and nice long finish.
