September 2, 2022 - Unfortunately my very last bottle.

May 3, 2022 - Lovely deep velvety purple color, with a hint of figs, cherries, and pomegranate on the nose. Tabacco, chocolate and mocha with a hint of leather on the palate. The tannins have softened, and there was a healthy residue in my glass and the bottle.

April 3, 2019 - Decanted for an hour before serving with pizza. This is a great wine that is unfortunately never to be seen again since the Kitchak winery has been sold.

May 25, 2017 - A: Its dark and i don't have great lighting. Am guessing its a deep purple to ruby. It looks very young.
    N: Pronounced intensity
Primaries_Blackcurrant, black cherry, black plum, dust. Fruit tastes like confiture.
Secondaries_cloves, mocha, dill (took me over an hour to figure out what that was. I knew it reminded me of gravlax but i knew it wasn't the salmon)
    Tertiary_tobacco
    Its developing.
P: Dry. High but supple tannin, medium (+) alcohol, medium (+) acid, pronounced intensity, full body and long finish.
C: Balance, Length, Intensity and Complexity? Balance. For me, the alcohol could do with a little integration here as could those supple tannins that while preserving this wine for years to come are currently sticking my lips together. Length and Intensity and Complexity are here. Very Good Quality wine.
Can drink now but definitely got potential for aging. Bit of 'vinfanticide' drinking this so early as years from now, it should be in perfect equilibrium. This structure is built for longevity.
This tastes proudly American to me.
