May 7, 2021 - Very enjoyable. This is a concentrated and robust Cab Sav with lots of dark fruit, currants and vanilla/oak. This is a very well-crafted wine and has a lively acidity. Definitely benefitted from being laid down for a couple of years as subsequent bottles have loosened and opened up a lot. Lots of sediment so decant/pour accordingly. Went amazingly with a heavily smoked cheese. Would buy again at $48 CAD.
