Community Tasting Notes 5

December 28, 2019 - Left this far too long. Still had fizz and medium sweetness but the wonderful grapiness had been replaced with a cloying caramel. Ugh. Lesson learned.

June 8, 2018 - Interesting and a nice dessert companion but mostly simple and basically sweetness mostly counterbalanced by acidity. Really goog for sugary desserts.

April 15, 2018 - WSET Diploma Unit 5 Tasting: Pale lemon. Pronounced aromas of honeysuckle, elderflower, pear, lemon zest, green apple, and grape leap out of the the glass. There's some minerality here under all the floral and fruit notes. Lip-smackingly sweet, this wine has good acidity, medium body, and low alcohol. Frizzante. Floral and fruity flavors linger on the palate, providing a medium-plus length finish. At only 5.5% abv and as delicious as this is, I could drink an entire bottle of this in one sitting.

December 26, 2017 - Sugar coated apricots and dried peach slices. Bright floral notes along with Pineapple, mango and hints of juicy pear are also in the palate. drank as an aperitif to Asian food, Not such a sugar bomb at first but def can feel the sugar afterwards.

August 10, 2017 - WSET Level 3 Award for Wine Course; 8/7/2017-8/11/2017 (West London Wine School): light, fresh and youthful; medium-sweet, with some red apple, pear and lychee, in fact kinda off-balance with too much lychee... am sure it can appeal to some though...
