  March 24, 2018 - I don’t usually add tasting notes or rate my wines but I felt moved to do so on this particular bottle. Smooth mouth feel with well rounded tannins and just a touch of grip on the back end. Decanted for one hour and served with a prime ribeye. I wish I had another bottle.

  January 24, 2016 - Emirates lounge. Served too warm. Garnet with translucent rim. Very sweet red fruit, spices, alcohol is showing a bit due to temperature. The Merlot is showing on the palate which is soft and round, good length. Not a bad wine but rather generic.

  November 6, 2014 - Sweet red fruit, spices, a hint of mocha, slightly oaky. Sweet but elegant on the palate, nice dryness, good grip, fresh, fine length. 91-93

  August 9, 2014 - No detailed notes. We tasted this with some other wines to decide what to serve at an upcoming function. This was the winner. Refined, elegant and delicious. Some was left. Much thinner and less interesting on night two. Needs to be consumed on night it is opened.

  August 24, 2013 - Opens with heavy, unctuous fruit including blackberry and cherry, with leathery undertones. Nice structure, and a smooth velvety finish. Refined oak integration. Paired well with a spicier dish, the fruits were strong enough to shine through.
