Community Tasting Notes 5

July 20, 2021 - Was full bodied, with nice blend of tannins and fruit. I could taste dark cherries and wild berries, slight oaks ness and mild smoke. Definitely a cellar addition for summer BBQ or a great restaurant buy.

July 1, 2020 - Smooth and even elegant with natural appeal in form of notes of forest floor and mushrooms. Sweet fruit, both red and black, with a refreshing acidity that balances the wine. Direct and perhaps evolved and sparse in depth but surprisingly friendly as long as we don't seek complexity here.

November 13, 2017 - Black cherry on the nose, tannins are evident, but; not as much so as I would have expected or liked. long legs. Nice mouthfeel. Enjoyed by itself along with Andrea Bocelli on CD. It was fine!

May 20, 2017 - This wine is lacking. It starts out with a sweet smell. It starts out with a sweet taste. And overbearing sweet taste. Within 15 minutes the wine turned to vinegar. It discolor3d as well. The first 15 minutes is okay. But te textures are limited. It's far to simple.
