  July 30, 2021 - Wow, last bottle, this stuff is amazing- prime drinking for me.
  
  Light gold in the glass, aromas of pungent gooseberry, ripe strawberry, dome danky kefir limey greenness still and oak/barrel/vanilla. Med+ in body, round and creamy mid palate, highish acid, there is a good textural component to the wine, my tongue just curls around the wine and the wine hugs back. Aggressive flavors of strawberry upon opening, moving to more gooseberry and lime zest, bergamot, with time. The wine finishes with some cream/wood elements that carry on for a good length.

  September 8, 2020 - Still very youthful. Aromas of passion fruit, grapefruit, bergamot, & cream. Feels acidic in the nose. Color is moving towards more of a bright gold. In the mouth, the wine is full bodied, not lacking any expression- its explosive but not all over the place. Bright, tangy acidity moving towards a creamy mid-palate, then finishing with citrus kick. Flavors follow the nose. This wine is very intense, but very enjoyable. Had with fresh cheeses and a little bit with some grilled pork.
