August 16, 2022 - Lushly-textured, sweet, ripe, fresh, juicy, creamy cherries and raspberries are made even better with all of its floral, thyme, and spice nuances. This is fully developed and ready for its prime-time drinking window. Drink from 2022-2030.

August 28, 2021 - Served with pork, decanted 90 minutes
Inviting, almost floral nose of ripe red berries
Silky tannins and smooth mineral underlay to red berries and tobacco on palate.
Medium+ body, smooth acidity balancing the 14.5% abv nicely.

Servido por copas. Se muestra muy fatigado al paladar donde la sedosidad se ha transformado en textura acuosa que resbala por la garganta. Por supuesto corta y sin estructura. En nariz es muy suave y de fruta madura. No tiene atractivo. Quizás la botella hubiese tenido mejores momentos. -
