75% PN / 25% Chard.
Cherry, white peach, hint of brioche, raspberry, minerality, dried florals.

January 15, 2023 - This bottle was based on the 2015 vintage, was disgorged on May 01, 2021 and was dosed at 2.4 g/l . Five percent of the blend is still red red wine from Grand cru parcels.
Just a gorgeous extra brut rose- very impressive light ruby color.
Medium bodied with lots of red fruit, spice and pastry aromas. High acidity with a long zippy finish.

January 1, 2021 - Similar notes as previous bottle however it gained a had point as it dropped a bit of the sweetness. Nice New Year bubbles. 90.5
