December 15, 2017 - Ruby color. Spicy raspberry nose. Authentic, lean Pinot flavors with spice and raspberry following thru. If tasted blind, I would have guessed it was from the cooler regions of the Willamette AVA. Great acidity and nice length. This is a classic Pinot of the new Burgundian style, emphasizing elegance. Traditional Pinot aficionados will love this; newbies to the Pinot cult — those versed on the Megapurple Pinots — will not understand it.
