August 2, 2022 - Restrained nose with red berries and some oak. Great balance, nice acidity, strawberries, raspberries, anise, white pepper. Elegant tannins, medium long ending with hints of vanilla. A very straightforward, delicious Gevrey-Chambertin - if a bit simple. Drink now or in the next 4-5 years.

March 19, 2022 - Spectacular representation of Gevrey, and an exceptional year

December 22, 2020 - From a half bottle. The wood notes of cinnamon and clove have risen to the front, but the fruit is also still abundant and expressive. This is drinking very well right now. Those who prefer purer fruit should wait 5-6 years for the the wood influence to subside.

September 15, 2019 - Tasted side by side with the 2016. This wine is more open, with redder fruit than the 2016. The taste (and not structure) profile reminded me of some 2005s at this stage. The tannins are fine and buffered by the generous fruit. The 2016 has more salinity, which gives it the impression of being denser than the 2015. Both are great wines and there is no harm in drinking them for their primary fruit right now.
