Community Tasting Notes 4

May 15, 2020 - Some pretty solid juice. Great with spicy Chinese food. The nose has honey, citrus and some spicy notes. Palate is sweet with just enough acidity. Spiced apple and ginger with slight effervescence.

November 7, 2017 - SMells like ginger ale. But that could be the Pet Nat Chardonnay showing through. Joe notes that its really plesant on the palate. I like it!

May 8, 2017 - Crushing things together to get down to a more glass pour price is the idea apparently.

Cleaner, with some lees notes but not VA, and actually tasting pretty darn good.

I like this allot more than I ever had. That hits a spot of being funky but also drinkable.

March 1, 2017 - Rhone white but with just a touch of Chardonnay for texture. And hey, feel the soft mid palate. Actually smells more like Chardonnay than anything else to me. Bottled two weeks ago. Approachable but make it their wine. With some skin contact.
