Tasted non blind.
Light yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of sea foam, kumquat and ginger. Flavors of kumquat, lemon and minerals. Medium acidity, medium body. Drink now.

June 12, 2019 - Medium gold color - starbright
Medium plus aromas of honey/ pineapple/ citrus rind and underlying petrol/ Gummi Bear aroma - quite complex and fascinating actually and screams New World Chenin Blanc, not that Ive had that many
Palate was a completely different story, as other have stated
Medium palate of ripe citrus and honey
High acidity as expected with this variety but really rather hollow in the mouth with a short finish
Despite the lack of palate texture, this is an interesting wine, primarily based on the aromas -

June 11, 2019 - Single blind tasting
Clear appearance. Dark straw/gold color
Medium + aromatics of honey and pineapple with some yellow flowers
Medium + palate of spice and honey
Medium acidity.
Medium finish with relatively linear mouthfeel
Palate did not live up to the beautiful aromatics, but still a nice wine. -

May 20, 2019 - Mmm - this does seem to be a wine which elicits a range of views and experiences. This bottle seemed very forward and by the end was beginning to cloy. Definite chenin characteristics but a tad overblown. Based on this bottle drink now.
