May 16, 2020 - This is an off-dry Riesling, created specifically to pair with spicy pineapple rice, larb gai and crazy noodles prepared by the “hot” chef at our local a Thai place. My son took one bite, said “hot chef” and, like the student who surpassed the master, headed straight to wine fridge for a Trisaetum Riesling.

This is a just-enough wine: just enough sweetness, just enough acidity, just enough fruit (pineapple, lemon, even a hint of honey). Trisaetum wines always are balanced, and this was too.

I don’t know a more consistent producer of high-quality American Riesling.

January 9, 2019 - Light gold color, touch of sweetness, moderate acidity. Quite enjoyable, but could use a bit more zippiness.

April 27, 2018 - Lovely nose of peach and floral notes.
This is like biting into a ripe peach. There is enough acidity to cut through the slight sweetness. This is followed by just the right amount of minerality. Great balance here. The finish was reasonably long.
