January 6, 2021 - $15 for a 12 year old Riesling at a local winery? Impossible to say no. My only mistake was not buying a few.

Nose is really dominated by petrol but has appealing background notes of key lime pie, lemon peel and tart green apple.

Hard to believe this is 12 years old. Wild mouthfeel as this still shows pop rocks acidity on the tongue.

Flavours of Allen’s apple juice, freshly squeezed lime, tart pear and hint of wet stone. Some white peach on the finish.

12 years old and going strong. Drink 2021-2025
