October 16, 2023 - Only dark. Nose shows a lot of barrel bouquet with leather, cherry, spice - reminiscent of a sangiovese. Medium bodied with silky tannins. Dark cherry leads, with plenty of supporting spices and herbal notes. Leathery finish. Smooth. Well aged. High acid, but balanced and smoothed out with time. Good!
