May 26, 2019 - This is my 5th bottle of the 2016. My first was November of 2016. I’ve been surprised by the age worthiness. Pale gold in color, clear and bright. Ripe apples, pears and a hint of honey on the nose. Ripe apple, lime zest, pineapple and a hint of jalapeño on the palate. Minerals and chalk. Balanced with a medium-long finish. I plan to visit the winery in a month or so and try their other wines.

November 26, 2018 - Lovely nose of limestone, white peaches and a little hint of white pepper. Nice viscous texture, palate flavors very consistent with the nose, with a lovely balanced acidity on the finish. My sense is this has the structure to age for a while - still pretty tightly coiled. Trebbiano has potential in California!
