October 9, 2020 - Schöner, schmelziger Duft nach Hefe und Steinobst; im Mund Hefe und Birne. Etwas Herbe, gar nicht so schlechter Nachhall.

January 6, 2020 - Fine grained texture, pear was on the lighter side, dry toast on the mid palate and finish. Crispy citrus. I had this with a triple cream cheese and it complemented the intense mushroom flavors well.
