April 16, 2021 - Plenty of bitter among the floral and fruit. Light and fresh with lots of minerals. The finish improves as it lingers, but still bitter and descicating. I would like it with grilled mackerel and lemon.

August 30, 2019 - 18/20 Coup de Cœur en bio. Voilà une excellent Lirac qui pourrait confondre plusieurs fousde CHATEAUNEUF DU PAPE. Chaud, racé, concentré, intense, structuré. Un délice.....

Ready almost from pop n pour. After about an hour hits it’s stride. Nice QPR for a $20 ish price point. Drink or hold. Will buy more of these.
