October 9, 2023 - Dark Burgundy in color.
Medium, plus body.
Loads of drak fruit off the nose. Some candied notes. Extremely aromatic. Amazing nose.
Unctuous, big and bold with a long alcohol infused finish. Just beautiful. Drinking perfectly now. Consume or hold. Two hour decant.
Went perfectly with scratch roasted Canadian Thanksgiving Day duck! PERFECT!!!! -

October 6, 2023 - Paired with Ahi Tuna steaks. Great wine,maybe at peak. Red fruit on nose. Notes of strawberry, raspberry & spice. Silky tannins, smooth finish.

August 7, 2023 - Dark garnet colored, medium full bodied, bright concentrated black cherry and black plum fruits with notes of clove spice, vanilla bean, pepper and earth.
