  August 19, 2018 - Pinot Noir do Languedoc-Roussillon sem passagem em madeira.
  
  Visual rubi claro e translúcido. Tutti-frutti em performance praticamente solo no nariz e boca. Acidez marcante, taninos gentis, corpo leve e final de curso mediano.
  
  Esse simples e agradável Pinot foi meu derradeiro vinho do Clube Adega que, assim, teve pelo menos uma despedida honrosa.

  Nose: Light berries and straw, mushroom, leather
  
  Light bodied. Good acidity. A Little hot. Unripe blueberry. Herbal quality.
  
  Transparent. Ruby red.
  
  T: fruint on the nose. Very light aroma
  Pallet: Blue fruit. Acid. Med finish. Med- body. Med alcohol.

  Suelos calizos y arcillosos. Permaneció 6 meses en depósitos de Inox. Curioso encontrarse este pinot noir en el Languedoc. Sin mucha capa. Comienza bastante reducido, con notas de cerezas, violetas, algún toque especiado y algo de poso de café. En boca tiene buen ataque, muy buena acidez, tanino intenso pero pulido, buenos amargos, atractiva definición y es largo.
