March 24, 2018 - What a coincident! Two bottles of the same wine on the same day noted on different continents with, however, very different appreciations. Drunk decanted at the admirable Pavé d'Auge restaurant, it was quite light in colour and medium- bodied at most but showed delightfully fresh berry fruit together with fine minerals, lively acidity and an underlying roundness which developed through the meal. Went quite well with crab and my first asparagus of the season and very well with beautifully tender agneau de lait. Good.

March 2, 2017 - Monthly tasting club LTC 2017-03; France: The surroundings of Chablis (@ MvG): In the bouquet some organic and barnyard flavors as well as minerals. On the palate light bodied and not very outspoken. Cherries and red berries. Firm acidity and slightly sticky tannin as well as some bitterness.
