July 15, 2023 - Served at 50F. Seems young still, tightly wound and intense with lemon zest and steely minerality.

April 27, 2022 - Needed 30 min of air to come alive, still seemed a bit reserved and lacking acidity. I suspect this could have been an off bottle.

January 8, 2017 - En meget flott og elegant 1er Cru Chassagne-Montrachet fra enkeltvinmarken Boudriottes i Cote de Baune. Lys sitrongul farge med et lite grnnskjr. Dette var en mega digg vin. Nydelig duft av mineraler, sj, epler og sitrus brer om seg ved frste sniff i glasset. Denne vinen har fatt en runde pa nesten 2 timer i karaffel og vinen apner seg og byr opp til meget elegante og smaksrike aromaer i hy klasse. En kompleks vin som er sylskarp og fokusert. Frisk og ung syre, krisp og nyansert teksture, rund og elegant. Lang, lang ettersmak.
