  June 30, 2018 - Medium golden, watery rim, narrow tears, 7.5% abv. Medium aromas of lychee, mango, rambutan, petrole and honey. Medium sweet, medium-medium(+) acidity, low alcohol and medium(+) body. Fruit-driven (pineapple, lemon, pomelo, mango) palate with notes of honey, cinnamon, ginger(?). Juicy mouthfeel, good length with bright acidity balancing the fruit flavors.
  Paired it with Francine's beef tongue and green salsa: worked like a dream.

  March 31, 2018 - Delicious. Very light yellow color. Crisp green apple on the nose. Citrus up front; then slightly sweet finish.

  July 6, 2017 - Sweet lemon and tart grapefruit on the nose, this is bristling, and ready to jump out of the glass. A hedonistic pleasure on the palate, with minneola tangelo leading the sweet/tart parade, candied lemon, and loads of minerality that frames a finish that sails on. Outstanding.
