  April 22, 2020 - Decent wine with pineapple, green apple and pear on the nose. Bright acidity. Stone fruit and grassy notes on the palette with the apple and a medium finish. Used this to make Risotto to go along with a chicken cordon bleu dinner and paired nicely. Clean and crisp.

  July 17, 2019 - Not a good expression of Napa Sauvignon Blanc in my opinion, especially at this price point. Extremely acidic, and borderline carbonated! Subtle notes of stone fruit as one would expect, but I cannot get past the offensive mouth feel of tart and bubbly. I have given Rombauer a fair shot, tasting most of what they offer and I am unfortunately continuesly dissapointed. Save yourself some money and grab a Honig Sav Blanc which is a much more elegant expression of Sav Blanc from Napa for me.
