July 24, 2019 - This bottle much better than the last one. Very refreshing during the non-existent global warming.

May 7, 2019 - More orange than pink. Tart in a not good way.

May 11, 2018 - Glass pour at restaurant. Coppery light pink color. Nose waxy, floral, light strawberry. Palate juicy, dry, peaches with strong minerals, long finish. Very nice with eclectic lunch food. 92 pts

March 20, 2018 - 73% Grenache, 17% Mourvedre, 6% Counoise, & 4% Syrah "sourced from 7 Paso Robles appellations, including the ff'ing Vyds: Hollyhock 34%, Kamridge 18%, Starr Ranch 12%, Derby 11%, Beckwith 8%, Cass 7%, Clautiere 6%, & Tablas Creek 4%. The bulk of the Patelin de Tablas Rosé is Grenache, picked & direct-pressed into s/s tanks with min skin contact. The small Syrah component was treated similarly. These were supplemented with saignée lots (bleedings) from Mourvèdre & Counoise in the cellar to provide some color & structure. Only native yeasts were used in the fermentation. After fermentation, the wines were blended, cold-stabilized, & bottled in February 2017. 3000 cases produced."

N: Straws, poss guava, flowers, & a citric component

P: Med, poss LM, body; NICE frt BEAUTIFULLY counterbalanced by an acidity which transitions into a LONG (albeit very slightly faint), tangy finish with undertones of spice. Went SMASHINGLY with Corned Beef, the brine of which seemed to bring out the underlying, spicy tartness of the wine's frt. Drink now & very likely through '19. 13% ABV; My VG+/EXC-, trending towards the higher. 89 pts WE @ $25.
