June 16, 2017 - From 375ml. Over dinner - no formal notes, served blind. Slightly less evolved in colour than the 1984 Mouton Rothschild we had alongside. Dark fruit, spices, undergrowth, tobacco on the nose. Quite generous still on the palate, nice merlot fruit, a little drying and astringent towards the finish. Drinking very well. Merci vielmal! 87-89?
