  Aggressive raw wine that requires time. Acidic, likely no malo here, with pickles, brine, yeasts slowly giving way to complexity and depth.
  
  This requires longer play time with the bottle, not a speedy glass at a hectic natural wines bar. I’m getting another bottle, and we’ll see. My guy says patience is required, and lots of it.

  July 26, 2017 - Puristic and exciting chardonnay with high lemony acidity and long, energetic flavours. Unsulphured yet clean. Should be able to develop over the medium term.

  March 13, 2017 - More fruit-driven than the '14 Terres Blanches from François Rousset-Martin, which was creamier as well as smokier. The yellow-citrus acidity is brilliant!
