October 22, 2020 - Really excellent over two days... Sweet first pick nectarine off the bat. A shot of well worn limestone acid next down the middle of the tongue. Finishing with lingering sweetness and perhaps a slight metallic ring.

November 24, 2019 - Sunflower yellow; white flowers, flinty, plump; expansive, extracted, underlying spiciness & cut, which follows through onto a fulsome finish. Improved by food - mussels.
